  • Definitive Quotes & Estimates: All official quotes and estimates provided by Suncoast Sheds are definitive and binding for the specific scope of work, dimensions, and specifications agreed upon. Once a quote is provided for your project, that price is locked in for the work detailed—no surprise fees or hidden price hikes. Any changes to dimensions, materials, or scope requested by the client after quote approval will be quoted and approved via a written change order prior to beginning work.

  • Site Preparation & Permitting: Property owners are responsible for identifying underground private utilities, confirming property boundaries, and obtaining any required HOA approvals or municipal building permits prior to scheduled installation, unless explicitly included in writing in the agreed quote.2. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number on our website forms or quote requests, you expressly agree to the following messaging terms:
